Organic olives have a very characteristically bitter taste resulting from the impossibility of performing alkaline treatments in their processing. To solve this problem our product development team has devised a marinating process that eliminates the unpleasant bitterness of the olive. Different tests were carried out with a wide listing of marinades resulting in the following flavors: cajun, teriyaki, sweet and southern, sweet sherry and curry.
Our marketing department developed the unique and expressly dedicated sub-brand identity for the launch of the new line at the Anuga (Cologne) food fair.
